How are my annual dues used?

Annual dues are used in a variety of ways, such as:

  • Paying for the electric bill for all of the lighting in the neighborhood.
  • The security system, including internet access for it.
  • Lawn care, including: mowing, chemicals, and general upkeep at the entrance and other areas throughout the neighborhood that are not on private lots.
  • Water bill for sprinkler system at the Cove Landing entrance.
  • Mailings/Flyers that get sent out.
  • Seasonal decorations.
  • Other maintenance as needed.
  • Website hosting, domain name.
